How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Purity → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your data.
Why is a product not found?
Our database is growing. Try searching by name, or use the photo scan. You can also submit a correction from a product's page.
